Our Mission
Out of many commands Jesus gave us, one of them was to preach the gospel to ALL nations. “And then he told them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.’” (Mark 16:15)
As the church we are responsible to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ all over the world! “Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)
Here at Selbyville Assembly of God we are dedicated to honor that command of spreading the gospel and to support missions/missionaries.

Supporting Missions
Global Mission Support
We support missions from Israel, USA, Tibet, Japan, France, and India with a monthly pledge. We also support Jacobs Hope Ministry and Teen Challenge of Delaware.
Specialized Ministries
We also support a ministry organization called Beyond the Call of Duty which is an organization dedicated to the first responders and their families during difficult times. We also support BGMC, which is an education program to help kids prepare to spread the gospel through prayer, giving, and learning.
The Heart of Missions
It is important that we all have a dedicated heart to support missions and missionaries to help spread the Good News to people who are lost, broken, and are looking for the truth.
